CutSPR is a program that helps you to plane CRISPR-Cas9 based genomic engineering employing the pJOE8999 vector developed by Josef Altenbuchner, or related plasmids like pRH030. It helps to identify suitable spacer sequences and to create a design recombination cassette for precise modifications.
Compiled versions of the Windows and Linux program and source code can be obtained from the GitHub site of Sascha Dietrich.
